「This is a great location in the heart of Mexicantown. Freshly renovated apartment with everything we needed. Might be a bit far for some, but we found it to be walking distance to downtown and all the places we wanted to explore. 」

「The positives: very nice living area; spacious; great neighborhood; soft sheets and towels. What could have been better: kitchen has a bunch of ants, including in the fridge. Fridge doesn’t keep food very cold. Kitchen could use more amenities: some staples, a kettle. There was a musty smell in the house and several of us became congested.」

「We had a family weekend vacation with 11 of us. It was adequate but would not have wanted to add more people. The outside of the property was never shown. We were surprized at the area it was in and the look of the outside of the house. We never had any trouble. The lawn never got mowed around it, so it was about 7-8 inches of grass to walk through by parking area. The inside was very clean and presentable. There were some cosmetic issues--- tiles on kitchen floor were loose and stuck to...

「My husband made arrangements for me, my sister, and 2 daughters to belatedly celebrate my 70th birthday at the Lumber Baron’s Brush Park Mansion. Our stay was perfect! The home is beautifully appointed and a short walk to Little Caesar’s Arena where we took in a concert. The area between the Mansion and the arena was clean and felt very safe. I highly recommend this VRBO rental for anyone spending some time in Detroit! You won’t be disappointed.Deb」

「We were in town for the Birds Cage concert. Everything with the apartment was fine & the host was easy to work with.」

「Everything was great!」

「THE STAY WAS NICE. THE HOST RESPONDED IN A TIMELY MANNER FOR ALL OF MY CONCERNS. THE MANAGER EVEN STOPPED BY TO CHECK ON US. THE NEIGHBORHOOD WAS ALITTLE DISAPPOINTING, AS THEY ARE FIXING UP ALOT OF HOMES. IT WAS A QUIET STREET. THE HOUSE WAS NICE AND BIG ENOUGH FOR 6 GIRLS. NOT FAR FROM DOWNTOWN DETROIT WHERE WE WERE VISITING.」

「Beautiful home!!! My family loved our stay and the same details. The home was clean, the host had amazing and prompt communication . Will be booking again ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️!」
