「The positives: very nice living area; spacious; great neighborhood; soft sheets and towels. What could have been better: kitchen has a bunch of ants, including in the fridge. Fridge doesn’t keep food very cold. Kitchen could use more amenities: some staples, a kettle. There was a musty smell in the house and several of us became congested.」

「The home/apartment was wonderful, artfully decorated, comfy, conveniently located in the city near many restaurants, and was well equipped with the comforts of home. I would definitely rent here again. The only thing to note is that is a two-story apartment inside a very large historical mansion so you can hear folks walking on your floor above you or in the hallway as they enter the building. 「It’s a very nice place. The sheets and beds were very comfortable. I’d say the only thing that could have been better was having boxes of tissues in the house and hand towels in the bathroom. There were towels and washcloths but not hand towels. Other than that everything was good. This has nothing to do with the house but the road construction was absolutely insane. 「This was a perfect house for our grown kids and grandkids to get together with us for a fun weekend in Detroit. Close to charter fishing, the Detroit Zoo, and Comerica Park. The neighborhood looks a bit rough but the neighbors were pleasant and we felt safe. The living room and dining room were very spacious and easily accommodated our group of 9.
