Wonderful stuff, friendly and helpful. The room was unacceptable: old, with ripped wallpaper, peeling paint, non working AC (the hotel wasn’t able to fix it and suggested to keep windows open), dated furniture, signs of heavy wear and tear everywhere, stained carpet with holes. The mattress was extremely firm. The bedding was clean. They supplied plenty of bottled water.

広くで開放的なシイジアオホテル

北京空港からタクシーで40分程の場所にあるホテル近隣には、大学や小学校が建ち並び静かな立地で環境も良い所にあります。ただしその分飲食店やコンビニ等が近くにないため徒歩15分程離れた場所までの移動が不便でした。ホテル内はキレイでスタッフの対応も良。前回同様2人で１室５泊利用させてもらいましたが室内も広く快適に過ごす事ができました。

Overall it is a clean 3.5 star hotel.

This is a traditional Chinese style hotel. For the guest more in modern deco hotel, this might not be your first choice. The mattress is a bit hard for me but I am fine with the rest for a 3.5 star hotel. Overall, it is clean and close to university. If you are looking for a hotel in nearby area and find good price on hotels.com, it can be a choice.

A hotel worth staying at!

I always enjoy staying at the Xi Jiao Beijing Hotel. The rooms are clean and the beds are comfortable. The morning breakfast buffet is exceptional and has many Chinese and Western dishes and food selections. It is one of the best breakfast buffets I have encountered in my travels. The location is very good and the hotel is hidden away from the main street with courtyard and separate buildings for conferences and another restaurant and recreational facilities all centered around the main building that has the guest hotel rooms. It is a very good "Chinese" style hotel and the front desk staff are always helpful and usually it is not so difficult to make oneself understood, even if their English language abilities are limited.

Overall enjoyment

Overall I enjoyed my stay at the XiJiao Beijing Hotel. The rooms are nicely appointed and the morning breakfast buffet was always very good. I will be staying at this hotel again in June as I find the location and the local neighbourhood very nice.

Decent hotel near Tsinghua University

I had a basic room in building 4, the room was a bit dated but comfortable. Only real downside was the gap under the door and the walls are paper-thin. Both meant you could hear sound from nearby rooms and a ways down the hall. The breakfast buffet was good, a bit overpriced but it's convenient to have a big meal before going out for the day. There are 2 subway stations each within about a 10-15 minute walk, plus lots of restaurants by Wudaokuo and Tsinghua University. I do not speak Chinese but the staff English ability was fine for handling check-in/out and letting me store a bag at the desk for the day after checking out. For sightseeing it took about 1 hour total including the walk from the hotel and then subway to Forbidden City. I was here for Tsinghua University and would stay here again.

Overpriced, basic room

I asked for a non smoking room and the room still smelled like smoke. They moved me into another room but it seems there is no heat in the room. The blankets aren’t warm enough to not have heat in the Beijing winter. The wifi doesn’t work and there are a whole complex of buildings that are hard to navigate. Tiny very basic rooms. Queen size bed not a king.

酒店設施不錯，於地鐵站附近。酒店內有康樂中心，很好。酒店很清潔，服務人員有禮貌。有機會會重來。只是酒店的wifi網速不夠快，看短片會卡，可是一般上網沒有問題。
