"Check in time was 4pm and we arrived at 5pm to find the property not cleaned. Dirty sheets on floor, dirty towels in tub, kitchen counters dirty, moldy bug infested food left in the microwave. The patio screen door was knocked off the tracks. The bedroom closet was locked off for supplies so had to use the entry was closet which was full of boxes, fans etc so could only use half of the closet. The host was responsive .
