「Took my 16/17 year old granddaughters for a pre-graduation trip. The condo was just perfect for us. The girls shared the bedroom, so they had some privacy, and I slept on the Murphy Bed. Nothing fancy, but we loved getting up, grabbing a coffee, and taking a nice stroll on the beach. We took advantage of the tour discounts which I would highly recommend. 「Property clean, but things appear worn. Cracks in tile. Places we’ve stayed b/4 have had BBQ & umbrella but sadly not here. Hubby irritated with WiFi (intermittent). No instructions. Called property manager for TV fix, & no one ever responded back with us. Since TV has no cable or satellite the only way to view TV is to stream which is extremely difficult with no WiFi. Kitchen supplies for basics, sadly lacking. Pots & pans - that’s it. No cleaning supplies. It’s the view that will bring us back...

「The views of Pacific Beach and Crystal Pier are beautiful and the location is ideal for this property - right by an ice cream and hot chocolate shop, good restaurants, groceries, and pharmacy. John was communicative and helpful. The property was very clean. We enjoyed the beach toys and direct beach access as well as sunset, ocean, and people watching.」

「This condo is nice, clean and efficient! Staying on a beachfront property is a great treat, watching all the surfers & incredible sunsets. The property management provided all the necessities, as well as beach towels & umbrellas. They emailed with details, key codes (4 in all, as garage, property, unit & garbage are all secure) and expectations for their guests. Highly recommend!!」

「We had a great time being so close to the beach and within very close walking to great restaurants. It was a very busy weekend and the place was perfect for what we needed. I will say, the check in process has quite a few steps and the instructions are as good as they're going to get, but you do have to pay attention to details. Also, it is not set up to have people over, as there is lots of notice to not be noisy which was hard with older kids, but would be great if you wanted something quiet...

「This was a perfect place to stay for my son and I. It was walking distance to Belmont Park and Pacific Beach with all of the fun restaurants and activities. Mission Beach was so close to our front door we could walk bear foot to the beach daily. We were excited to find boogie boards and beach chairs for us to use! The bed was super comfortable and we listened to the ocean at night with the windows open. I highly recommend. 」

「For a single person or couple with laid back plans to enjoy beautiful San Diego and Mission Beach, this is a great find! Having a dedicated parking spot is so important in the area . Depending on the time of year of your stay, it was a little warm in the unit so mastering the air conditioning was key. 」

"このホテルは電話が通じず緊急連絡方法がない。全てショートメールを送るシステムで、そのショートメールも通信状況が悪くてなかなか送れない。ルームサービスを頼むこともできず、翌日は清掃がされていなかったがショートメールでタオルをもらうことくらいしか対応してもらえない。ベイビューの部屋は２Fだがエレベータ無し、ベルもいないので重い荷物を自分で運ぶ。快適とは言い難い。"

"建物や設備が古いのは否めませんが、清潔に保たれていると思います。スタッフの方々はとてもフレンドリーで対応が早く好印象。ホテルの立地も良く、私は利用しませんでしたが、徒歩圏内にコーヒーショップやリカーショップ等があり便利な印象。駐車場も広く停めやすかった。この立地で無料なのは本当に有難い。朝ご飯は普通ですが、マフィンが美味しかったです。ベーグルがあると更に嬉しいです。また利用したいと思えるホテルですが、残念だった事が二点。一つは立地的に仕方がないのかもしれませんが、滞在中、頻繁に小さな虫が飛んでいるのを確認しました。特にバスルームでは多く見受けられました。もう一つは、タオル類は洗濯されて清潔なものの、取れないシミが多く見受けられたので、そろそろ新しいものに交換したほうが良いと思いました。"

"ホテルの部屋は広くベッドやタオルも清潔でたいへん快適でした。移動は車（レンタカー）もしくはUberになりますが、近くにはショッピングセンターやIN-N-OUTバーガー、SABWAY、セブンイレブンなどもあって買い物も便利です。朝食もたいへん良かったです。次にSanDiegoに来た際も利用しようと思います。"
