「While the host did make things right by fully refunding our stay, when we showed up to this listing it was in a completely uncleaned terrible state to the point we had to cancel and get a hotel. The cleaning crew had clearly not come, there was raw food sitting in the sink, smelled like weed, and there seemed to be electrical issues with a few of the lights/AC.Knew immediately walking in the door this wasn't going to work, and the listing photos are very inaccurate.」

「We had a wonderful time at Peter & Cathy’s place in San Clemente! The property is just as it appears on the website. Very comfortable for 2 people! Bed was super comfortable, kitchen is fully stocked and the proximity to the beach and town, with all its great restaurants and shops, was perfect. We would definitely stay here again! 」
