「Great location and property. The studio was cozy and well-equipped for guests. Clear check-in and in-home directions made the stay seamless. Location is outstanding and everything you need is walkable but having the garage is a great option as well. Comfortable bed and bedding. Would stay here again, and again. 」

「Everything was very well stocked. The shower was a little small to be able to wash your feet. This unit did not have a garage to park in even though there were three empty garage spaces. That would’ve made it a lot better if we didn’t have to hunt for street parking. 」

「Our adult family stayed at the property for a week and would stay here again! We were very happy with the cleanliness and the place overall and the bathrooms and kitchen were updated and new. While Balboa is not the quietest place in the morning, the windows were the best we’ve experienced at keeping the plane noise out. We appreciated the waters and snacks the host provided. Thanks! 」

「We absolutely loved staying here. The apartment is amazing - beautifully appointed, super comfortable, with lots of the little things that make a stay perfect like coffee service and beach gear. There are great shops and restaurants just 5 minutes walk away, and the view from the balconies was spectacular. Russ and Lisa are also amazing hosts, who obviously cared about our experience and wanted us to enjoy the place and made us feel really welcome. We are already planning to come back and...
