"エクスペディアで朝食は6:30からと記載されているにもかかわらず、実際は7時からとなっており、朝食を摂ることができなかった。 駐車場スタッフやチェックイン時のスタッフは対応よかったが、朝のスタッフや朝食のご記載などにより満足度が下がってしまった。"

"ハーモサビーチから車で5分位の場所です。駐車場は広々としています。スタッフは皆フレンドリー、部屋も清潔で充分な広さがあり、快適でした。ただ設備は古いのか、お風呂の排水はスムーズではないです。ランドリーを利用しましたが、クォーターコインが必要です。フロントでは両替出来なかったので、隣のスーパーでおつりをもらう際に両替をしてもらいました。周囲は治安が良い印象です。街の雰囲気も、人々の優しさもとても良かったです。"

In the photo of the room introduction, there was water around the coffee machine, but it was not in the refrigerator, so I had to go to the front desk to get it. From the next day, my family of 4 stayed, but they distributed 2 bottles. It was a bath, but the adjustment of the temperature and switching to the shower was not smooth. It was a calm environment, and it was on the second floor, but I was able to stay quietly. The weather was cloudy in the morning and evening for all three days, and I took a room with an ocean view, but I couldn't see the wonderful sunset. When I come to Redondo Beach again, I would like to stay at this hotel."
