「I stayed at El Delfin Lodge from 4/19–4/24 and overall the experience was disappointing. At check-in, the manager mentioned that during spring break they kept nearly every guest’s deposit due to damages, which seemed extreme at the time but made more sense by the end of our stay. The biggest issue is that the property does not match how it’s presented on Expedia. The photos appear outdated as the hotel looks much more worn in person. 「Classy hood shelter! A poorly remodeled ghetto if you will. No towels, wash clothes or anything in the room. The hot tub was cold and dirty. The shower shot all the way across the bathroom with the nozzle sticking out of a hole in the wall. It was remodeled but you can tell it was done by a cheap contractor with a complete lack of detail. A dirty place trying half ass to be clean. Decent for the price but I’d recommend paying a little more for a nicer place.」

「We were changed rooms two separate times due to urine smell in one room and damp bed sheets in another. General manager was helpful but questioned our worries. One Front desk workers were passive aggressive when asked for help. 」

Pool is the better of it all , good music , food is ok at the Landshark, light, expensive drinks. Pool chairs are disgusting and not enough for so many people .
