「To start off, I had a non-working blow dryer. The lights in my room were constantly flickering. Which led me to sit in the dark most of the time. I also only used 2/3 nights and was even let know I would NOT be receiving a refund for the night I didn’t stay. I even left within 24 hours of the night I expected a refund for. I also didn’t appreciate the breakfast. It was waffles and cereal. Nothing else. I asked for a callback from the manager on duty. Which I never got. Wouldn’t waste your money...

「The AC was very cold, and I adjusted it. I didn’t use the pool and didn’t have breakfast, so it would be unfair to rate those amenities.」

「Hotel was clean, nice staff but in the room, there is a lot of humidity, smells bad, specially for the kids, it made my kids cough almost all night.」

「Room was a one bedroom apartment. Bring utensils cookware etc. Located across from Walmart, Dollar Tree, HEB stores so any items you might need can be purchased there. Was about 10 to 15 minutes to SPI. Only con I had was it needs blackout curtains as it is very bright at night inside the room unless you hang a small blanket something like that. Very inexpensive however and you do save a lot of money cooking and eating in the room.」

「The rooms are really good i liked how they had hard wood floors and the ac was amazing perfect for when you come back after being in the heat all day」

「Sheets were not clean. Sheets are not breathable fabrics and the area is very humid. Our room had no fridge or microwave. Asked housekeeping twice for towels and never got them. Room smelled like mold and had black mold stains on ceiling. Bathroom walls had hair on them. Hotel is next to a very loud bar that is open until 2am on weekends. Doors closing in rooms around us were loud and constantly woke us up. I wasn’t expecting a palace but even the very bare minimum is not met here.」
