「Front desk was a disaster from the moment we arrived. The front desk clearly had no idea what she was doing. she was rude and unprofessional. It took over an hour just to get into our room, and even then, she made multiple unnecessary mistakes along the way. Then came the ridiculous “bracelet fee” $20 per person to be in the premises. No explanation, no justification, just “policy.” So after already paying for the room, we were hit with an extra $80, plus a $5 “resort fee” for a place that is...
