「I normally do not leave reviews but this was advertised as exceptional and 9.2. While it was clean, it is very basic, older student style housing close to the UTRGV. The surrounding dwellings are run down, and the area is certainly not good for more than just needing a place to crash for the night. 」

「The host was very responsive and helpful. The shopping nearby is great. Costco and Costco gas close by was great for me. Ideal for a solo traveler or a couple. It was quiet at night and a very safe neighborhood. Parking right in front of your door is convenient and there is a tree that provides some shade for your car. I would stay here again for sure.」

「While the kitchen and living room areas were aesthetically pleasing, we observed that the bedrooms exhibited significant cleanliness issues, specifically blood and mucus stains on the walls. Additionally, the bathrooms appear to be in need of modernization. As a result of these concerns, we opted to depart a day ahead of schedule and subsequently checked into the Tru Hilton.」
