"The house was magnificent. Clean, fresh and great service. The staff was friendly and unintrusive if you prefer it that way. My only minor complaint was that I had to tell the staff 2 days in a row to keep their voices low at 7 am because they were speaking loudly, which they obliged. "Decided to take a last minute trip to Cartagena. We booked the deluxe suite. Very comfortable and beautiful room. The other rooms looked a little small. And the deluxe may be a little bit over priced but overall we enjoyed our stay. The hot tub upstairs would not get above 90*. "

"The house was beautiful, we got to enjoy every room. The assistant Wilfredo and Maid/Chef made the trip so much more amazing. The place was always clean and if you request for her to cook just know everything she makes is amazing. The only downside to this property that is NOT LISTED is the fact that it has NO HOT RUNNING WATER. Your showers will be cold or slightly lukewarm. So keep that in mind when booking. Otherwise an amazing property and staff."
