"Made the reservation in Expedia and when we got to the property they said it was already taken, nobody help you from the property and also didn’t take any responsibility at all, their response was rude and didn’t care at all that we arrived at night and didn’t have any place to stay, they booked the room to multiple customers to have the best $$$ for them and then acted like the reservation didn’t exist, DO NOT BOOK WITH THEM! "Beautiful hillside home with lake views! We rented this property for a group of 15 people for three nights and had a wonderful time. Pool was amazing and the hot tub was very nice and quick to heat up. The sauna/steam room was amazing to relax in. We partied here and it was nice to have some space from other properties so we had some privacy and were able to be louder than normal with not having other properties right next door. The staff Sebastian and Luisa were amazing and very helpful....
