「Its a quiet neighborhood, place was clean, bed is very comfortable. The pull out couch for sleeping is not that great. My daughter's didnt get a good sleep as they felt the metal parts of the couch. I checked to see and yeah not that great. Everything else is good. There is a dishwasher, keurig, stove, microwave, fridge. Oh and its nice and cool! Great for the summer heat.」

「There was a bit of difficulty initially getting into the home. However, after speaking to Lenny, she was able to reset the lock code, for my family of 5 to enter, within 10 minutes. We enjoyed our stay and Lenny was very responsive to all communication. Her home was comfortable and clean. I would recommend her home to any family staying in Barrie. Thank you Lenny!」

「The walls in the room, especially the bathroom, were dirty. Splashes of... dirt and droplets everywhere. There wasn't really anywhere to hang a hand or face towel im the bathroom, either. The doors of the rooms were the worst part of the whole thing. Every door slammed loudly when it closed, and blocked about as much sound as a piece of paper. I could hear doors slamming all up and down the hall whenever anyone went in or out of their room. There were loud teenagers in the room next to me,...

「House was new and very comfortable for our needs. Location was very good for our needs to visit family and friends. Some supplies were needed and they were delivered promptly. Only small issues were getting the checkin info which I saw was to come a few days before and some confusion at checkin having 2 lockboxes on the door. Thanks!」
