"The hotel was very nice, clean and very comfortable. We stayed for two nights with our 13 year old Son for a basketball tournament and it was a great location. -I work in customer service and one item that could have improvement would have been when we checked in. We arrived January 31st at approximately 10pm. We were not greeted by anyone. We walked to the check in counter as there were two workers at the desks talking. I didn’t want to interrupt and stood there for at least a minute or two before I said hello. The conversation was not work related. The male was a Manager (Nicky) and I was unable to see the females name. I gave all of the ratings a score of excellent as I know how important the survey responses can be and it wasn’t a concern to me. Just something to work on for improved customer service. Thank you. "

"The staff members are super friendly and proactively call you after you arrive at your room to ensure everything is to your satisfaction. The $5 shuttle to the casino is perfect for event nights and comes every 15 minutes (don't try to walk in the winter, there's no sidewalk near the hotel and the snowbanks put you basically on the road). The breakfast was tasty and had a lot of decent options (the make-your-own waffles were the highlight). The rooms are clean, very comfy bed, shower had great pressure and temperature, microwave and mini fridge in the room were other highlights. Overall, great place to stay!"

"We were coming in from a distance so we arrived early for check in. The room was ready so they allowed us in! The room was very clean, exactly the room I booked and paid for, great amenities including the pool and hot tub in the club house. The property does a fantastic job of clearing snow off sidewalks and making sure parking is accessible. Second visit to this complex and we'll be back again."
