- Please note we have no lift and guests travelling with young children or large suitcases should be aware of this.

Besos de Mar is a tranquil and pleasant residential neighbourhood, around 15 minute from Barcelona Centre. Ideally situated close to the beach and alongside the river of Besos with its recreational and sporting activities.

There is a fantastic shopping centre nearby with both local and international brands - 'Diagonal Mar ' - PLenty of food courts and a great play area for children.

A large hyper-market for food shopping and households amenities is just a short walk away.

- Sant Adria de Besos is very well served by public transport both to and from the city centre, the Fira Exhibition Halls, Airport & Train Stations.

- From the Airport the most efficient way to reach the apartment is by train Rn2 - It takes around 40 Minutes and costs around 3 EUR.

- A taxi door to door will cost around 35 EUR and takes just 20 Minutes.

- The centre of the city is easily reached by Metro and takes around 20 minutes to Placa Catalunya. A taxi will cost around 12 EUR and takes just 10 minutes. And the train take just 22 minutes.

- To the FIRA for the MWC the journey time is around 22 Minutes by metro and costs 3 EUR or 12 minutes in a Barcelona taxi and costs around 12 EUR.

- Parking is plentiful in the neighbourhood. With FREE street parking and a large FREE car park just 50m form the apartment, parking is done on a first come first served basis

- You may also park in the bays marked with a blue line and pay per hour at the parking machine or download the APP ‘Smoo’ to pay online.

📢 Important: Mandatory Guest Registration with Mossos d’Esquadra

According to public safety regulations in Catalonia (Decree 159/2012 and other legal provisions), all tourist accommodations are required to collect and report guest information to the Catalan police (Mossos d’Esquadra).
This process is mandatory for all guests over the age of 14.

Check-in, check-out, Wi-Fi, and key handover are included in the price.

Late check-in fees apply as follows:

From 8:00 PM to 10:00 PM: €30

After 10:00 PM: €50

After midnight on December 25th, December 31st, January 1st, and public holidays: €80

Early check-in and late check-out are based on availability and may incur an additional cost.

💶 Tourist Tax

As required by local law, all stays in Barcelona are subject to a tourist tax.
This tax is not included in the nightly rate and will be collected separately.

📆 Starting in April 2025, the rate will be:
€6.88 per person, per night (for guests aged 17 and older, during the first 7 nights) + 10% handling fee.

Once your reservation is confirmed, you will receive a payment link to complete the transaction.

This tax helps support sustainable tourism. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation!

👶 Babies

If you’re traveling with little ones, we can provide a selection of baby items to make your stay more comfortable.
These items are available at an additional cost and can be requested after your booking is confirmed.

🗑️ Garbage Collection

In warm climates, garbage is typically collected very early in the morning or late at night.
Please take your trash to the nearest recycling bins (grey) in the late afternoon.

Lost or unreturned keys: €230

Lock change: €350

If the keys are left inside the apartment and a new set must be delivered:

From 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM: €30

From 8:00 PM to 10:00 AM: €50

📅 Long Stays

For stays of 28 days or more, a €450 management fee will apply.

🔐 Security

Please ensure that all doors, windows, and balcony/patio doors are securely closed when leaving the apartment.

⚠️ Responsibility

We are not responsible for the loss or damage of personal belongings during your stay.

We recommend purchasing adequate travel insurance.

Additional Rules
Identification & Guest Registration

As required by local law, we must collect passport or government-issued ID details for all guests. This data is securely transmitted to the local authorities within 24 hours of check-in.

Only guests listed on the reservation are allowed to stay overnight.

Noise & Neighbours

Please respect quiet hours from 22:00 to 09:00.

No parties, events, or loud music.

If neighbours are disturbed or the police are called due to noise or disruptive behaviour, guests will be asked to leave the property immediately without refund.

Smoking Policy

Smoking, vaping, or use of e-cigarettes is not allowed inside the apartment.

If you smoke, please do so outside on the street and use a proper ashtray.

Do not throw cigarette butts on the floor.

Any smell of smoke or signs of burns will result in an additional cleaning charge and may require replacement of damaged items.

Lost Keys & Access

If keys are lost, a replacement fee of €20 applies (between 10:00 and 20:00), or €50 (between 20:00 and 00:00).

This fee covers delivery of a new key to the property.

If a lock change is required or if the key is left in the lock and locksmith services are needed, the cost will be charged in full.

Respect for the Property

Please treat the home with care and respect, as if it were your own.

Lock all doors and windows securely and switch off the air conditioning when leaving the property.

Do not leave rubbish in the stairwell or common areas. Please dispose of it daily in the large grey bins on the street.

Utilities for Long Stays

For stays of 28 nights or more, there is an additional monthly utility contribution of €160 to be paid on check-in.
