It was a uncomfortable to see the robot manekin at the front desk during check in.
Room was clean and amenities are good.
Overall, convinient and confortable hotel to stay.
This is my second stay at this hotel. I stayed here over a year and half ago and decided to stay here. It is very convenient and within 10 minutes walk from three different Tokyo metro lines. The hotel is very clean and the staff very friendly. There is 7/11 right outside the hotel which is very helpful and convenient. There is also coin laundry on site. I highly recommend staying at this hotel
It was clean, although the bots were a little weird, but you can very readily speak with one of the staff via the staff phone.
The hotel was very clean and well maintained. It was our home base and there were lots of storefronts (convenience stores every few feet) and plenty of restaurants and stores. A 5-10 minute walk to Akasaka train station and a short and convenient cab ride to Tokyo Station.
Check in and out was very easy and no hassles. Great hotel, quiet and away from Tokyo crowds. I would stay here again in a heartbeat.
A gem in a nice neighborhood with reasonable costs; Comfortable rooms and great amenities. Many options - storage cabinets for large suitcases; packing assistance; good breakfasts.
The location is ideal, with many businesses within walking distance and subway/metro stations nearby. The staff is very friendly and happy to help you.
This is a very good - to excellent choice for a budget friendly, clean , quiet and centrally located hotel for visitors to Tokyo. Once you "get used" to the idea that the front desk is manned by two robots (but help can be found easily a phone call away), the rooms are nice, comfortable, with many great amenities. The metro is 5-minutes away; many choices for fast food as well as good restaurants all within that 5-minuts radius. It takes a bit to navigate everything but it is most reasonable, and check-in and check-out went smoothly.
Hotel is quiet and relaxing but situated in close walking distance of lots of shops and restaurants. It is also close to various metro stations making it really easy to explore the city
Second time staying at this hotel, my family and I love the location. Lots of good restaurants and very close to the train/subway stations. Easily can be in Shinjuku, Shibuya or Ginza in 15 min.
