Now...LOCATION is a 10, safety walk to restaurants, bars and the lively downtown area. STAFF 10. Front desk staff were patient and accommodating to the best of their ability. FOOD... 10. No need to go out (of this hostel) for a delicious, made to order Ecuadorian breakfast. The grounds are very pretty and the waterfall view is incredible. I'd recommend this HOSTEL...

"The apartment was very convenient for us, including the parking because we left the car in the parking the whole two days that we stayed there and we just walked around the city. The apartment was very clean. The host was very responsive. My family and I would stay there again. Everything was as described, except for the Jacuzzi that wasn’t working in the apartment, but there is another Jacuzzi that we were offered to use. Thank you Chris!"
