"Many areas for all to enjoy. Rooms very comfortable. Even asked to by mattress topper as it was so comfortable. Some areas need maintenance such as Aqua Zone with rust and sharp edges. Timber rotting around pool access rooms and plenty of ant's. Overall will def come back. Easy walk to shops, markets and restaurants. And cheaper than Patong region. 6 times to Thailand and Khao Lak has been the best. And Sands best resort so far "

"We stayed 17 nights in a spacious, spotlessly clean garden villa overlooking a pool (there are multiple pools) which was serviced daily by happy and friendly staff. Breakfast was great! We ate for an hour everyday overlooking the ocean and to the sound of crashing waves. Food is cooked to order as well as a buffet. All the food is delicious and all the staff are lovely. Reception staff speak good English and kindly organised a motor bike for us at a good price. Location is very good. On the beach, yes close to the tourist Bang Niang Night Market but better still is the Local Market open everyday from 2pm. This market sells delicious Local Thai food, fruit, vegetables and clothes. It is located behind Mini C and Tesco Lotus, near petrol station, about 3 km north from Ayara Villas. Thankyou to all staff for a wonderful stay."

"This hotel has a heavy Chinese influenced design which I enjoy. It reminds me of the Shanghai Mansion in Bangkok’s Chinatown. The storage space in my room was the most I can recall seeing in any hotel. I travel relatively light but this room had enough storage for two people to live there. The shower was huge and had a bench seat which I know some friends with some disability issues that would appreciate that. The A/C was strong, the shower was hot. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. The complimentary breakfast was very good. Excellent cappuccino. I ate two nights in the dining area and the food was both affordable and delicious not to mention dishes I had never seen before. Road noise was mentioned in previous reviews and with the A/C unit going I could only hear an occasional motorbike. I slept great both nights. My only complaint that I won’t let take away from my five star rating was four unruly guests from France. I heard them screaming all through the hotel at different times during the day. When they were in the small wading pool doing cannonballs and screaming I came down to talk to management about setting up a private table for me away from them. I was shocked to see the four of them were in their forties; I thought for sure they were 14/15 years old. Way to represent. The night manager was glaring at them as was a couple trying to eat. I don’t know if they were spoken to but they were gone when I came down for dinner. Aside from that amazing experience. "
