The room is quite clean and spacious. Love there's a shower AND a bathtub! There's a lot of space in the closet too. The bed is comfortable. It's nice to sit out on the balcony at night and in the morning! Basic tools and utensils in the kitchen. The staff at front desk is very helpful and polite! Very value for money! Love my stay here!

Strategic location, near to BTS, so many local street food nearby, and 7-11 stores just around the corner. The room is super big, very big, just the amenities are old. Especially the heater of washroom, cannot work properly. It is either too hot or too cold, and the temperature keeps changing. TV is good, it comes with Youtube apps.

コロナ前から定宿にしていた所。 コロナ禍なのか、従業員がまだ集まって居ないのか、以前居たドアマンやベルボーイが一切居なかった。フロントに1～2人居るだけ。したがって、部屋への荷物の搬入も自身で。 残念だったのは、朝食会場をはじめ、プール、フィットネス、ランドリーまでもがクローズ。 朝食会場やプールは理解できるが、サービスアパートなので、ランドリーは使わせて欲しい。 (部屋によっては洗濯機完備) それでも全体的にはCPは高い。次回も使うと思う。

部屋は広く、日当たり良く、小学校の声が昼間よく聞こえてくるが、夜間は問題ない。掃除は2日おきだが、きちんと掃除していた。 バスタブがあったので利用できたのは良かった。 枕元に大型冷蔵庫があり、冷蔵モーター音がうるさかった。 プール、レストランが閉鎖中だった。 全体的に老朽化している感じ。

スタッフの方の接客はとても良かったです。 駅から近く、評判の良い飲食店が近くに数店舗あり、電車で数分程の場所には大型ショッピングモールもあるようで、立地も良かったと思います。 唯一、施設自体が老朽化してるからか、部屋の細かい汚れが気になり落ち着けませんでした。 (エアコンのほこり、クローゼットのサッシのほこり、シーツやタオルのシミ(とても小さいものですが)、キッチンの水切りカゴの汚れ、ハンドタオルのほつれ、浴室のカビ等) コンドミニアムに慣れてる方には十分な施設かとは思います。

コロナで観光客がほぼいない中での滞在は快適でした。 BTSの駅も近いし、隣のオンヌットまで行けばスーパーマーケットや飲食店もそこそこあるので立地は良いです。 アパートタイプの部屋なのでキッチン等の設備も十分です。

バスタブのお湯が排出できなくなり、修理が必要ということで次の日別の部屋に移りました。何かあるとすぐ対応してくれるし、丁寧です。ホテルの前に食堂があり、そこに行って直接注文するとルームサービスよりずっと安く買えました。

very nice accommodations

overall our stay was extremely nice. suite was large, housekeeping adequate, and the hotel was within close proximity to the metro rail and the bus stop was right out front of the hotel. pool and gym very good and our balcony was extremely large. my only complaint (small one) was the shower pressure....weak. also the hotel did not provide an english language newspaper.

ホテルの部屋は使い勝手も良く満足です。バスルームがお湯を入れすぎると排水がトイレの方にしかなくて流れてしまうのでバス部屋内が水浸しに！そこが施設の使い勝手が悪かった点ですね。
