「It was awful. Nobody was there to check us in, the room wasn’t ready and they had the wrong reservation details (they said we didn’t book for an AC room with a washing machine when we did). 3 days after check in they called and said we had overstayed the reservation, when we still had another full day to go! On top of this, the TV didn’t work, there were no dishes or utensils, the bathrooms and bedrooms weren’t clean, and there were no towels or toilet paper. The staff didn’t speak English or...

「Only the photo looks good, the apartment complex is probably the worst in Bangalore and not maintained at all with 14 story buildings with just one lift and the entire apartment complex looked like will collapse any time. It was leaking everywhere, bad smell, worst maintained. Room was okay, but to get there is the worst and no near by hotels etc I didn't stay there for even a day and had to book another hotel near by. I need my money back, atleast portion of it.」

"部屋は快適で清掃が行き届いていた。朝食は洋食とインド料理と両方楽しめる。徒歩圏内にショッピングモールもあり、立地は良い。一方で前もって到着時にタクシーを予約していたが、空港に着いてもドライバーが現れなかった。別のラディソンのスタッフに助けてもらったが、夜中2時に空港で1時間も待たされた挙句、謝罪もなく寧ろ永遠と言い訳を聞かされて頭が痛くなった。せっかくいいホテルなのにサービスは酷かった。"
