「Excellent property in easy accessible location. Staff excellent. Restaurant on site with chef. Meals we ate were delicious. Even offered Happy Hour from 3 pm to 6pm. If we have a chance would definitely choose this hotel again along our travels 」

「The property is located walking distance to shopping and restaurants. The place was clean and convenient. I thought having a bottle of Rocky Mountain soap was a nice touch. I felt safe and enjoyed my stay.」

「Previously visited in 2019. It is very clean and comfortable, probably because of the refurbishment. This is the best accommodation for skiing in the Banff ski area. There is one large and one small Jacuzzi to enjoy. The free breakfast service is also a feature of this hotel, along with the hospitality of the staff. I would definitely go back and recommend this hotel. Unfortunately, the amenities in the Jacuzzi shower room were not replenished. Not a big problem though ...」

「Had a great stay at the Lamphouse. Very comfortable and clean. Right I’m downtown. Nice hot tub area. Liked having the fan in the room. Refrigerator and microwave was a plus. Good hot water. More than one hand towel would be good. Only suggestion is to paint the big cinder block wall above the rooms by the restaurant. Paint it lamphouse dark gray and have it say “Lamphouse”.」
