"The location is good, not amazing. The layout of the hotel was odd. There really is no lobby. I think I like having a lobby. No pool but an area in the sun where one could lay out a bit. Odd little water machine in the hall on my floor that gave warm water to drink, why? Room was a bit cramped, same with bathroom. Windows opened. Non view. Staff courteous and friendly. No elevator. Microwave in the hallway. Quirky. Clean. "

"Great location & clean. Quick walk to the beach and great restaurants. It’s a charming building. Only thing that bugged me was the wifi was slow and spotty and you have to pay to upgrade.. they don’t advertise that part. It was a bit frustrating for my work trip. "

"Place was clean and pleasant overall. Nice gym and pool area. Just curious about the architecture, with balconies for the ground level rooms but no door, one must go around and pass in front of everyone's little private balcony experience. Creative, but impractical. But I still enjoyed it."

"Absolutely horrible experience, sewerage coming out of the shower basin, no sink to wash dishes, no working air conditioner, no way to contact the owner easily. Was resolved in the end but still smelt like feces all night, left after one night. Do not believe the reviews, it's not a good place with a tone deaf owner"
