"Everything about this stay was fantastic. All of the staff I had contact with we’re friendly and helpful, the room was great, and sitting on the rooftop watching planes takeoff in land was also a great experience. The only issue I had is that my GPS took me to the backside of the building, which is actually the entrance to the parking deck. It took me a minute to find the actual entrance. "

"I stayed only one night, so I don’t have much to say. Overall, the hotel was fine. When we arrived, however, we had to wait about 30 minutes to check in because there were many people in line and only one person at the reception. I also didn’t like my initial room and asked to change it. It took a while, but in the end they were able to give me a better option."

"This location is clean. The staff I encountered were friendly. There’s easy access to the airport and the freeway. My complaints — it’s 2026 and they don’t have smart TV’s. The inconvenience really irked me. I stayed at the Anaheim location months back so I know this “issue” is specific to this location. I refused to purchase something on demand I could have watched for free via a streaming service. Second complaint -63$ a night to park seemed absorbent. I’d stay again because usually I choose it for the convenience of the indoor pool. It just loses a little of its edge and convenience for me so going forward I’ll call ahead to check into these issues for me. "
