The peace of mind from having staff at the front desk 24/7 was wonderful. The complimentary breakfast, which included yogurt, coffee, tea, and bread, was more than sufficient and very helpful. My room was cleaned daily during my stay, and the housekeeping was incredibly thorough, leaving everything spotless. It was clear that the cleaning staff were true professionals. The area also felt very safe, with a large shopping facility right in front of the hotel in a clean and secure neighborhood. It was convenient to be able to walk and buy anything I needed. The room was compact but had a large TV with plenty of channels, ample storage, and a spacious desk, making my stay very comfortable. A few areas for improvement: the hairdryer was broken and not very clean, and the WiFi was weak. I hope these issues are addressed before my next visit. Overall, I will definitely stay here again whenever I visit Culver City!

スタッフの方がとても親切でアットホームでした。中庭がとても素敵で、テーブルなどがあります。キッチンも常時開放しているので、簡単なものを作って中庭で食べたりすることができます。グループや大人数での旅行にも便利です。部屋の空調のスイッチが少し分かりにくかったこと以外はとても素晴らしい宿でした。次もまたここに泊まります。

利便性が良く、長期滞在に適しています。お洒落な部屋ですが、時計とグラスがなかったので、その点で不便でした。その他は特に問題ありません。スタッフの素晴らしいホスピタリティには感謝しています。

Hip Hotel

Very Clean and modern "Motel" type of Hotel. I think Hotel is trying to be Modern and hip style which is good but hotel room was very tiny and small. Outside area is beautiful and like to hang out there. It's perfect to stay by myself or business, couple(if room isn't too tiny). Area is very good.

朝食や夜のアルコールサービスの時間が短い。照明、エアコンの操作がタッチパネルのため、誤作動のため、使えないときありました。コンセントもゆるい場所あり。朝食の種類も少ない。ベッドで虫に刺されました。立地条件が良いです。

Nice garden!

Nice and comfortable room with a very nice common garden area to sit around. Wine service in the evening is very welcoming. But within the walking distance area, there are very few restaurants. Other than that, it is a perfect place to stay.

A nice clean sleek little hotel with great amenities. Enjoyed the manager’s drink hour in the evening, and having coffee on the comfy lobby couch in the morning. Highly recommended.

I stayed at this hotel in June 2025 and had a disappointing experience. I requested a quiet room before my arrival, but upon check-in I was placed in a room right next to the entryway. I returned to the front desk to ask for a quieter room and was told there were none available that afternoon, but one might be ready the next day. I explained that noise would be an issue, and then I was told that if I waited another hour, a quiet room would become available. When I finally checked into the quieter room. the digital iPad system that controls the temperature, lighting, and blinds was completely non-functional, and there were a number of tangled cords exposed. The room was freezing cold, and when I called the front desk to report the problem, I was told they didn’t have an extra comforter available but that someone could manually adjust the temperature for me that evening. The next day, it still didn't work. Since I only had one more night, I said that was fine. The staff member I initially interacted with seemed impatient and mildly annoyed by my requests, which made the situation even more unpleasant. However, the staff member who assisted me at checkout was kind and professional. I calmly explained what had happened, and the manager later called to apologize and offered me a 15% discount. To my surprise, instead of applying 15% off the total stay, they only discounted one night. This lack of integrity and professionalism left a bad impression - Mayumi is a no-go.

Staff was super nice. It was always easy to find street parking and felt safe to leave the car there. Appreciated the free refrigerated water bottles available in the check-in area.

The hotel was a nice, affordable option for staying in an otherwise expensive city. Staff was very nice, lovely courtyard to sit out in the evening with water and fire features or sit out in the morning with the tasty Continental breakfast including muffins, pastries, yogurt, fruit, oatmeal, toast, coffee and tea. There is a refrigerator filled with cold water bottles that are for the guests to take. Room was clean and modern. Shopping center across the street as well as a frozen yogurt place. Hotel set in a safe neighborhood with on.street parking that was easy to find. No complaints and will definitely stay again next time we are visiting L.A.

No onsite parking, found out when I arrived. The manager refused to refund fully for a work trip because I needed to stay at a different hotel in order to have secure parking for the work vehicle filled w equipment. I didn’t stay a single night, was unaware there wasn’t onsite parking, yet they charged me. It blew me away I was treated with such disrespect. This is the hospitality industry isn’t it? The manager wouldn’t budge. That is honestly ridiculous. Give your business somewhere else that respects guests, should you have a problem, this is the kind of service you can expect. I stayed up the road at a well known hotel where they were so kind and understanding of l my predicament. They even offered to comp my parking for the bad experience at this joint.
