"Check in was easy. Bernadette was friendly and helpful. Room was spacious and clean. Bed was surprisingly comfortable. I love the shower doors as they kept water from getting on the floor while showering. The only downside to the location is all the air traffic which is to be expected since your less than a mile from LAX."

"It was clean and fine but we definitely got the Expedia room next to the elevators and absolutely no windows. The lack of being able to see outside made it feel claustrophobic. They had these fake window things that just felt disrespectful. I won’t stay here again. There are plenty of other hotels to choose from. "

"Did not get a chance spend more time here (one night) but was staff very friendly, quick check-in, got some great cookies, water, room was very nice and pool seem great. Wish I would've had more time to enjoy it. Real close to Venice beach and canals. Would stay here again."

"The room was clean, comfortable and very spacious. We checked in quickly. The breakfast buffet was fresh and delicious. We loved the bartender at the 15th floor bar. He was very attentive and polite. The only recommendation is that you add a restroom by the 15th floor bar for added convenience for older customers. "
