"I stayed here last weekend and had a pretty disappointing experience with how staff handled a situation. During my stay, several professional wrestlers were also at the hotel. Myself and a few others were politely asking for photos as they came through common areas. At one point, a man (not clearly identified as security or staff) approached us and warned that my room could be used against me for violating guest privacy. I completely understand the need to respect other guests and would have had no issue if this was communicated professionally. However, the way it was handled felt unnecessarily rude and condescending. He told us we should go to the arena if we wanted photos and to “be grateful” we were staying at the hotel. That kind of comment was completely out of line and not appropriate for someone representing the property. There’s a respectful way to enforce policies, and this wasn’t it. The interaction left a bad impression and took away from what otherwise could have been a good stay."
