We were pleasantly surprised to find out that a not only breakfast was included but it also included a gourmet dinner. Our waitress was so kind and friendly. The hotel was only a few mins walk to the local lifts to take you into the mountains. We had an amazing 3 nights here and some of the best food we had ate on our trip."

"The whole experience was unreal and I'm not sure I can holiday anywhere else with kids ever again. The kids club, activities, staff, food, spa, pool, room - EVERYTHING was amazing. If you're English and worried about language barriers for the kids, we had no issues, all the staff speak great english and at dinner you get a set table which is near other English speaking families to easily make friends. A couple of the kids shows are in Italian but our toddler still loved them and all the outings have English translation Honestly just book it, there's no way you'll be disappointed and the magic of this place just can't be captured in photos or words."

If i had to critique it though, it sucks that the beautiful pool is literally right next to a main road, so as you're relaxing, you hear loud motorbikes go by. Our original room unfortunately had a resident nearby smoking on her patio but the young lady working at the front desk was very helpful when my husband asked for a different room. Very much appreciated."
