Hotel confortevole in Alta Val Badia. Propone un parcheggio interno, dove è possibile trovare posto anche quando l'albergo è al completo grazie alla perfetta coordinazione del personale. Struttura con camere molto comode e pulite, bagni moderni e funzionali. Possibilità di utilizzare un'area wellness e una bella piscina. Ideale per le famiglie, ma anche per chi è solo di passaggio. Nice hotel great view mountains

This is a lovely hotel and great location We were welcomed well by a well trained young receptionist but we can't recommend it based on our experience of the senior staff bar restaurant and breakfast room who were at best unwelcoming and unhelpful. We stayed 2 nights and are regular travellers having enjoyed Italy's great hospitality in other hotels so we were surprised then disappointed with this hotel The swimming pool complex is lovely when working- the spa jets in the pool were not working on the second days stay , we were unpleasantly challenged as to whether we were entitled to breakfast , and after one evening meal opted to find a local restaurant in town the following night. There are many hotels in this lovely area. We thought the older staff didn't really understand tourism and the importance of hospitality

Splendida settimana in mezzo alle Dolomiti

Settimana meravigliosa in un hotel ottimo da ogni punto di vista, personale attento e gentile, ottime le camere pulite e confortevoli, ristorante veramente ottimo, una SPA eccezionale.....il tutto in un contesto paesaggistico meraviglioso l'Alta Val Badia.

Ottimo soggiorno, camera abbastanza grande e ben pulita. Ottimo il cibo, personale discreto ma molto attento e preparato. Posizione dell'hotel comoda ma un po' disturbata perche' posizionato sulla via di transito principale, buoni infissi permettono comunque di non essere disturbati eccessivamente.

stupenda val badia stupendo hotel

Abbiamo soggiornato in questo hotel per due settimane in luglio. Sono piu' di dieci anni che viaggiamo con Expedia e ci siamo sempre trovati piu' o meno bene, ma l'esperienza in questo hotel e' stata veramente ottima da tutti i punti di vista. L'ambiente e le camere pulitissimi e molto curati, la stanza e il bagno molto grandi e confortevoli. Compreso nel prezzo ben due zone benessere con tutti i comfort possibili: piscina, idromassaggio, e spa completamente attrezzata. Abbiamo optato poi per la mezza pensione ad un prezzo veramente vantaggioso ma soprattutto con un ottimo buffet dolce e salato a colazione e la cena con antipasto, un primo e un secondo fra tre opzioni, contorni a buffet, formaggi a buffet, ma soprattutto dolci a buffet, anche in questo caso molto curati e raffinati. Ma il vero punto di forza dell'albergo è il personale, sempre cordiale e disponibile in modo particolare il sig. Leo responsabile di sala, con la battuta sempre pronta, ma mai inopportuno o fastidioso. In definitiva se dovessi dare un punteggio a questo hotel darei sicuramente un bel 10 e lode.

We really loved this hotel. It is clean and nice, shower is very new, linens are crisp and white, cleaning on time every day. Breakfast is plentiful! Meats, cheeses, fruit, yogurt, eggs, juice, coffee different kinds, cakes, different breads, plums, fruit salad, cereals, nuts, all types of milk, what else do you ever need for breakfast!

Piacevole ristoro

Scelto per un soggiorno di cinque giorni in luglio. Abbiamo trascorso buona parte della giornata sui sentieri della val Badia e un salto in val Pusteria, ma il poco tempo trascorso in albergo è stato davvero piacevole: camera accogliente e pulita, cena a tratti ricercata ma gustosa, e colazione abbondante e varia; piscina e centro wellness disponibili e compresi nel prezzo della stanza. Unico neo: troppo sulla strada, ma soprattutto problemi di parcheggio auto... un piccolo neo.

Great location, good facilities, v helpful staff

We arrived late (about 11pm) but the staff were very helpful and quick checking us in. The room was excellent and the pool and spa facilities good. Contrary to some reviews I have seen pool water is well heated. The breakfasts have a good range of food of good quality.

ottima struttura rinnovata recentemente. Noi avevamo una doppia superior con bella vista , balcone , spaziosa . La posizione rispetto le piste da sci è fantastica , a meno di 30 mt dagli impianti. Veramente da 10 e lode la spa , molto completa , e la piscina. Cortesi e disponibili sia in reception che nei normali servizi

Das erste und letzte Mal in Savoy

plus: kostenloses Wasser auf dem Zimmer, gratis wlan minus: die Reception oft nicht besetzt, Pool nur mit Badekappe betretbar, Zimmerschlüssel funktioniert nicht richtig, die Balkone werden mit Zimmernachbarn geteilt, beim Frühstück z. T. Kipfel von gestern aufgetischt, Freundlichkeit von Personal hält sich in Grenzen. Dafür sind Putzfrauen sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.
