坑道内のラドン浴で有名なハイルシュトレンに通うためのベースとして、バードガスタイン地区のホテルの中から、ホテルからの眺めが良さそうなこのホテルを選びました。思っていたとおり景色の良さは抜群で、家庭的な雰囲気も長期の滞在に向いていると思います。街の中心部からは外れたところにありますが、バスの停留所がホテルのすぐ前にあること、町の名所になっている滝まで歩いて５～１０分で行かれることも、評価できると思います。散歩する場所には事欠きません。

The staff were really friendly and the food was good! Sauna was a proper one and the pool was warm. Not the finest hotel but met the expectations when on skiing holiday. Everything worked well and the bus stop to the slopes is right outside the front door. We really enjoyed our stay in this hotel.

Wonderful small health-oriented boutique hotel. Very private garden and pool. Very good dinners. Family run with personalized service. Fairly easy walk on path to falls and town. We took the waters here in their spa which was reasonably priced.

Beautiful stay. Walk to many hiking trails, chair lift, waterfall. Grocery store four minutes by car. Lovely breakfast and supper. Pool with spectacular view. Big garden. A slice of paradise.

Great stay in Bad Gastein
Fantastic stay in Bad Gastein. The hotel staff were super friendly and helpful. Kids loved the pool and game room. Great location and very good food. We will be back.

One of the best hotels we have ever stayed at. Service was 10/10. They were super welcoming even though we booked last minute and arrived very early. They gave us a tour and let us check in to our room. They have a pool with the best view and bikes to rent. We would love to visit again.

Wonderful familiar hotel with the best location
Great hotel with a wonderful view of the valley and the city of Bad Gastein. Still all the options of activities with only a 10-min walk to the centre, one of the mountain/ski lifts just around the corner, and of course walking/hiking trails from the door. The room was very nice and clean. Pool is amazing with unbeatable views and a fantastic place to have something to drink while shaking off the day’s efforts. Very nice breakfast buffet as always in Austria. Also a good 3-course meal to sample from for dinner. There were several Spa options available but we didn’t use any this time around. Service was extremely friendly.

beautiful weekend with my girlfriend BUT...
The hotel was actually pretty good, the room was a little bit small and the bathroom was old, but you can enjoy a beautiful panoramic view from a private balcony in your room. The pool was small but really good cause the hotel was not too much product, from the pool you can enjoy as well a beautiful view of all the valley. The owner of the hotel and her daughter were very friendly with us and also during breakfast there was a nice environment, at breakfast there was not too much to eat but the things that are included in it were delicious. For a better journey I would recommend to the owners to cut all the “extras” that the customer has to pay if he or she wants a bathrobe, if he or she want to take breakfast with them outside the building and last but not least I would recommend to gift to the customer some merchandising of the hotel like for example flip-flop, bathrobe, shampoos etc. a customer who come in a hotel don’t want to bring with him all those things. By the way I would recommend this hotel for the position and for The friendliness of the owner and her daughter and for all the facilities if you can find nearby.

What a beautiful resort! The views are simply fantastic, our balcony had a view of a smaller waterfall and downtown areas. The service was also very good. Elizabeth at the front desk was always smiling and offering great advice of what to do and see while we were here. The only odd thing is due to construction in the main town square, the town feels a bit abandoned. I really didn't mind, and the walk across the waterfall was very enjoyable and romantic with my husband. Almost all the restaurants and things to do are a bit of a walk, but it also made our hotel feel much more private and secluded, which is perfect for a romantic stay.

Wonderful Hotel Experience
I stayed here for 1 night in October with my partner and two friends and our experience here was so wonderful I wished we had booked more nights here! The staff is extremely helpful and provided English information packets and menus for us. They helped us decide which hikes to take from the hotel and arranged for a shuttle to the train station when it was time to leave. They offered delicious dinner options and their breakfast spread was the best we had during our entire trip. The views are absolutely breathtaking. The only drawback is the hotel is located on the opposite side of the valley as many of the restaurants and the train station, but they offer so many amenities that I would definitely stay here again if I return to Bad Gastein.

Fantastic! Will be back!
This hotel was wonderful! It's in a beautiful place and the 10 minute walk into the town was lovely. The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. The dinner was good, with several options, and as a solo traveler, they seated me with people. I wasn't sure about it at first, but we had a great conversation about our respective countries of origin and I ended up enjoying it. The room had a small balcony with a table. The pool is heated and was open in April. I found it a very relaxing place and plan to return.

Friendly family hotel with great breakfast
Great family hotel with exceptionally friendly staff. Nice radon bath tubs for those with pain. Excellent breakfast and dinner. An enjoyable stay.

Trevligt hotell med fantastisk utsikt. Klorfripool med magisk utsikt. Maten var helt ok, men inte fantastisk. Sköna sängar och bra mörkläggningsgardiner. Vi reste med vår lilla bebis och fick plats med vår bugaboovagn i hissen.

Välskött och mysigt alphotell
Hotellet är otroligt välskött och familjärt. Det är mamma och dotter som driver det just nu och hotellet har varit i samma familj i fem generationer. Det är fräscht (inte supermodern stil dock), mysigt, välkomnande och otroligt välskött. Frukostbuffén är toppen! Det finns allt! Poolen ligger med fantastisk utsikt över berg och dal, fin sauna, spa, thermalbad och mer därtill för den som vill bara vila. Det fanns en hel del aktiviteter för välmående (dans, yoga mm) som vi dock inte anslöt till. Direkt innanför dörren finns ett stort pjäxrum med värme till varje pjäxa. Ett skidrum finns också utanför dörren där bussen till gondolen går. Det tar 6-7 min med bussen och den går 1 gång i timmen (två gånger på morgon och sen eftermiddag). Vi promenerade flera gånger till Bad Gastein vilket tog ca 15 min, det gör man dock inte med skidor och pjäxor :-) Jag rekommenderar verkligen hotellet och skulle gärna återvända, även på sommaren! Vi som reste var två vuxna och två barn (9 och 12 år gamla).

Panoramic valley view from the balcony is amazing! Buses stop right outside the hotel, staff are very friendly and helpful, room is spacious and bright. I love its peaceful and harmonious ambience so much! Breakie is nice too!

Quiet friendly hotel with great views
I stay in hotels for both business and pleasure over 100 nights a year, and this is the friendliest hotel I have stayed at in years! The rooms are Simple and Clean and have excellent views of the mountains. Very nice breakfast buffet and I enjoyed dinner at their restaurant. But honestly I have to say the staff is what makes this hotel excellent. They were so friendly and so helpful and offered to help me in anyway I need it and even gave me a ride to the train station. Such friendly service is lacking these days in most hotels but not here. I will definitely come back here and spend more time.

Our second visit
Rare for us to re-visit somewhere, but Alpenblick is irresistible. Family run with warmth and care, mountain air, walking right from the hotel, stunning setting, steeped in history and natural beauty - what's not to love. Would love to return and see it all in the snow:) highly recommended!!

Dejligt ophold, dog bør der gøres opmærksom på, ar hunde ikke er velkomne - kun på bestemte områder, og det er ikke helt optimalt, når man søger på hoteller, hvor hunde er velkomne - men hvis man bor på hotellet uden hund, er det bare top klasse til en fornuftig pris. Fik endda et dyrere værelse med balkon uden beregning:-)
