「This was a perfect location near JetBlue Park. It was not far to drive to a multitude of dining and shopping options, however, nothing is walkable. It was exactly what we needed for the week, and we were able to make meals on site as well as BBQ on the patio. We would stay here again!」

「This studio was very clean and had all your basic needs covered (fresh towels/clean sheets and spotless utensils). It is nestled in a quiet neighborhood and has its own private entryway. 「This was a great place to experience downtown Ft. Myers. Perfect location and a great layout. Entry was easy and the owner was very responsive. Great kitchen area and tons of natural light! Only slightly interesting part was the elevator. It’s older but worked like a charm. Would stay in the same spot again if I’m back there!」

「We escaped winter in the northern plains to celebrate our anniversary in Florida. We love to walk and explore communities. This property is short blocks from a happening downtown on the river, the Ford-Edison Estate, craft brewery, grocery store and fabulous breakfast restaurant. 「We had a great stay at this property. The location was perfect. Right downtown and accessible to everywhere we needed to be. The host were great and they were very responsive. Looking forward to staying here again next year!」

「Yana is absolutely the best host! I stayed here one night a few months ago with my Mom when we were in town for an event. This time my stay was just for myself for 32 nights while I was in town for school. The neighborhood is super safe, and located close to everything. 「Cute, modern and very clean apartment! The apartment had all the conveniences of home which is just what we needed for our short stay! Though it is located near a major road, it is very quiet and car traffic was minimal and could not be heard inside the apartment. Highly recommend! We will return!」

「This place was perfect for the price. Never saw the host (preferred, honestly no hate) but If I ever needed them I knew how to contact them. They left ample amount of towels, toiletries, and I even had the food they stored for me. Everything that you need whether it be you or just a partner, maybe even 3 people, you'll find it here.」
