"The property is fairly new, and the rooms are clean and comfortable. Close to great shopping and food places in BGC. It is in a busy intersection and traffic jams are common during busy hours. The a/c is window type, which can be noisy to operate. "

"Easy Check-in since room key was left in lockbox with a passcode, however the room was Cockroach Central! Immediately upon entering the room for the first time you can see all the roaches scurry away. Unfortunately the room was not what it seemed like in the photos. The Expedia.com pics must have been several years ago since many items in room were broken (toilet bowl, curtains, etc. Location was great and many places within walking distance. Room was very affordable yet has some places for improvement. I think since the Trash room was located across the hall from our room caused the insects to enter our rental. We made the best of it for our short stay. "

"There was no pool and the condo was too small with steep stairs. The host was terrible in communication. Wouldn't respond right away. "

"Wonderful concierge, transport desk, and check in staff. Friendly, professional, warm, and welcoming. Breakfast buffet had a lot of options, and the staff were friendly too. The breakfast buffet staff work diligently. Any requests to our room were immediately accommodated. Chose this hotel based on friend's recommendation, and we cannot wait to return!"

"Clean room, no slippers but thats ok. Not enough towels if u wanted to swim which sucked. No hand soaps in bathroom so u had to go in shower to get soap. No kitchen towel so u had to use shower towels. No extra elevator key if you have more than 2 people with you."
