"I specifically asked for a room with an open view but was assigned a room facing a residential/office building so I slept with the curtains fully closed. I asked for a room change the next day and was given a room with a better view. The room itself was nice and spacious, with abundant drinking water supply. However, I wish there were more towel variety in the bathroom. Bath towels ok but only 1 hand towel? And more bathroom amenities as well. Also, it would have been better if they have shoehorn and brush. The buffet breakfast was very good in variety and supply although they lack proper cutlery and crockery appropriate for the food like no fruit fork, or dessert spoon, even saucer for food in small serving (cup saucers are abundant though). I also noticed that staff were more attentive to obviously foreign guests like they would offer more coffee to the white guy, but ignore the local guest seated next whose coffee cup was empty. But they were nice and pleasant overall. The staff in the lobby were all helpful."
