I recently had the opportunity to stay at this hotel and found it to be a pleasant experience overall. The location is particularly convenient within walking distance to a nearby mall, which made dining and shopping easily accessible. The hotel also provides thoughtful amenities, such as umbrellas available for guests to borrow, which came in handy during rainy weather. One suggestion for improvement would be the addition of a designated seating area at the ground floor main entrance. Having a comfortable place to wait for transportation would greatly enhance the convenience and comfort for guests during check-out or while awaiting rides.

It was exactly what I expected: nice clean hotel within easy walking distance of BGC area of Manila. Breakfasts were wonderful with so much choice and rooms clean and staff very helpful and professional. The dining room and lounge both indoor and out were very comfortable. This was an excellent stay for me and my wife.

Arrived almost 2 hours before check-in time but front desk staff was so accommodating and gave me a room instead of having to wait for 2 hours. During breakfast time, one of the waiters named Ray saw me sitting in a table occupied by other guests I didn’t know. He offered to transfer me to a solo table. It’s these small acts of the staff that make a place worth going back to.

Excellent hotel in the heart of BGC walkable to High Street. Many places to shop & right next to the Landmark if you need groceries. Breakfast & patio was nice. The only ding I have are for the elevators as they're slow & certain ones only go to certain floors.
