"For being in a ritzy town and area the hotel has plaster cracking on the outside. Inside the rooms are dated and dingy. Find somewhere else to stay, this hotel is a dump!"
"Outdated room, staff was kind but didn’t answer the phones, AC didn’t work, king bed was debatable (it was a queen), excessive fees on everything. It was a let down after hearing such great things. Was hoping for a white glove treatment but felt like we had to really push to get service"

"There were multiple hot tubs, rooms were clean with a good view, and staff were very friendly. The parking was close by. The only thing that was a little awkward was there were stairs involved getting to my room. There’s elevators in the place, but when going further down the highway, it involves stairs."
