This hotel was much more up to date than any other hotel we stayed in throughout Italy. It is very convenient to Roma Termini and the staff was friendly and helpful. The concierge services seemed to be great. We were only there for one night before we left Italy to return to the US but I would have used their tour booking and restaurant recommendations if we’d stayed there when we arrived in Rome.

All the staff were very courteous and attentive.
The location was very good for reaching all the major attractions in Rome.
We would have preferred to have access to a bar without the need to have a meal.
Tourists should be vigilant with regard to pick pockets on the metro. My wife and I nearly became prey to this but fortunately my wife was alert to the danger.
Overall, we were very pleased we chose this hotel.

Excellent hotel, the staff are extremely friendly. The rooms are very comfortable, clean, modern and quiet. You dont hear anything between rooms or from the outside. Breakfast as a good selection (not massive but good enough). The staff is superb, especially Alessandra, but all of then were great. Location is fantastic, walking distancd to everywhere, 5 min to the main train station and couple minutes walk to the metro stop as well. Really happy with this stay.

"Took city train from airport. When we got off city train it was hard to find the bus we needed to get on to to go to the hotel so we took a cab. Cost about 11 euro. Instruction that I got through Watsup from hotel was very clear (make sure you download Watsup app. Most hotel if not all in Europe ..."
