Location is probably the best location I could’ve ever picked out in all of Rome. It is literally steps away from so many sites, delicious restaurants, the best shopping in the world. The location really made up for any other unfortunate points about saying at this facility. Unfortunately, with having a phone number from outside the company communication with check-in wasn’t the best. The facility tried to call me but the call didn’t go through so when it came time for check-in, it took longer than usual since it was after check-in time. There is no actual physical person at the desk at all times, but there is an emergency number that you can communicate with. Unfortunately, it was not the most comfortable bed that could be improved. This did not ruin our trip whatsoever

The rooms were bright, refreshing and very comfortable.. The air conditioning worked very well and it was very very hot in Rome during our stay. Near our location, there were plenty of restaurants within walking distance.
The antiquated old elevator really brought out the old charm of Rome. Lovely place.
