"The room was very dirty and outdated. We ended up moving hotels the next day. They did end up refunding my money which I appreciated. The lady at front desk was very helpful. "

"I enjoyed this because I only stayed for two nights, however, if I were to stay more than that I think I would’ve gone crazy! The room is very small, which was okay for me and my husband. Staying longer would have made it a bit more annoying however, there was also no microwave. Overall, it was a great stay, they let us store our bags until check-in, and even after we checked out waiting for our ferry. "

"Nice renovated hotel but lacks some basic modern amenities . e.g. no coffee maker in the room, not enough plug points , no restaurant (just a bistro). but was clean, centrally located and staff was friendly . "

"For us, they gave exactly what was shown in the photos when we booked, and the ocean view was amazing. Room 106 has the best view! The staff were excellent and very accommodating. They also offer a free shuttle, which is very convenient since the hotel is located on a mountain. Definitely coming back!"

"Air conditioning is good. Bathroom and toilet function well and shops are just below the hotel. It's in front of the water next to a lot of restaurant and store for your need. Beds are decent. Tv functions well and they have a small breakfast . You can Also leave your bag if check in is not available and if you want to explore after check out. So far so good. "

"Stayed in bungalow K, floor is very slanted, feels unstable walking around. Room isnt made for more than 1 person. Bed hard to get in and out of if 2 people are in it (one against the wall). No help with luggage, no ramp, difficult to get to room if elderly or have lots of bags"
