「The location is nice and truly peaceful. Regarding the property we had a few issues. Firstly, we booked Unit 7b which looked nice, but were given the key box code for 7a. 7a was decidedly a lesser quality property. It was smaller and tired-looking (I understand a new owner is currently upgrading - neighbours told me). The floors coul and should have been cleaner. 「Lovely place right near horseshoe bay. Beautiful relaxing environment and the right size for a small family like us. Had everything we needed. Hosts were just so lovely and welcoming and had amazing tips on how to make the most of the island. Wouldn’t hesitate to come back and stay at this gem. Thanks Tee and Steve. 」

Outdoor and indoor fires were stocked with wood ready to relax and enjoy with the bottle of wine provided :) A very minor suggestion would be to have a bedside lamp rather than relying on main lights, and a cheese knife would be fab! 「We had a lovely stay. It was everything we expected and more. Loved waking up to the sound of kookaburras and enjoying a cuppa next to the lake. Thank you for sharing your beautiful cottage.」

「We had 4 adults, 2 kids and 2 dogs. We had a lovely time. Most of the group was skiing but some stayed home to enjoy dinner plain walks and relaxing at the house. The place was well stocked, the linen and towels were clean with a lot of extra blankets if cold. We cooked every day and well stocked with kitchen utensils etc Very responsive with queries. 」

「Great experience from check in to check out. Excellent communication from the host. Very comfortably place with plenty of room for a family with 3 adults and 4 kids. With heaters in all the rooms it was very warm. Its located at the bottom of the mountain within easy walking distance to friday flat or Valley terminal and a bus stop right out the front if you want to take the bus. Just note there isnt a laundry so make sure you have enough clothing to last the trip. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay...

「We had a family getaway which included our dog. Faithfulls was perfectly located between the trees and was great to be able to park in front of the house. Walking ability to the village with cafe, shops pub and supermarket as well as the bus to Mt Hotham. A fabulous well equipped house - our host was great checking in to make sure we had enough firewood or if we needed anything else. 」
