Welcome to your chic Austin retreat! This vibrant studio offers a perfect mix of glam and comfort, with 359 square feet of stylish design. Enjoy a cozy queen bed, a sleeper sofa, a fully equipped kitchen, high-speed Wi-Fi, and a smart TV with access to Netflix, Disney+, and more. The small patio and free covered parking add extra convenience. Perfect for relaxing or working from home.

We have an expansive 360 tour of this space - check it out by scanning the QR code in the image gallery. You can use the floor plan or the navigation bar at the bottom to explore the house. Also, if you go to an outdoor space, look up, and click the cloud with the arrow, then you will also get a tour of Austin! Enjoy!

Whether you’re catching up on work or enjoying a night in, the high-speed Wi-Fi ensures you stay connected. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need for meal prep, including a coffee machine to kickstart your mornings.

Off the living room, you’ll find a quaint patio with seating for two, perfect for enjoying your morning coffee or winding down with a glass of wine in the evening. The modern bathroom is stocked with essentials, including shampoo, conditioner, and body wash in a convenient dispenser.

Laundry facilities are available within the building, and you’ll have the luxury of a free covered parking spot, along with additional street parking options. The studio’s prime location puts you within walking distance of some of Austin’s top attractions, from local eateries and live music venues to the scenic trails around Lady Bird Lake. Whether you`re in town for work or play, this chic studio is the perfect home base for your Austin adventure.

The nearby outdoor spaces, like parks and biking trails, contribute to the lively urban environment. This part of Austin is also close to downtown, making it convenient for both work and play. From food truck parks to specialized boutiques, the area provides a variety of attractions that cater to diverse tastes and interests, reflecting the dynamic spirit of the city.

Scooters (Lime & Bird) as well as Lyft and Uber are the best ways to get around Austin, especially this close to everything. However, there are also a lot of public transportation options in this area (see CapMetro`s website).
We have security cameras outside of our property at the entrances for added security and your peace of mind. We do not have any cameras inside, respecting our guests` privacy.

1) No smoking allowed (of any kind) ($350 fine)
2) No loud noises after 10 PM per city ordinance
3) No events or parties.
4) No pets allowed
5) The cleaning that you pay for is to clean the home prior to your stay. If you do not pick up after yourself sufficiently when you check out, you may be charged an additional cleaning fee - price depends on how long it takes to clean up after you. We don`t expect you to scrub the home, but simply pick up your trash and put everything where you found it
6) Minimum age requirement is 25
7) If you do not check out on time (11AM) you will be charged an additional night
8) Please see the House Manual emailed to you a few days before your stay

The bed was comfortable and the place felt safe and clean. The water pressure in the shower was terrible and I couldn't wash my hair thoroughly. I wish the blinds were blackout curtains. I'd recommend ear plugs and an eyemask if you're a light sleeper. I wish there was good coffee provided since Austin is such a great town for coffee. There is a good coffee shop around the corner though.
