• No Parties/Gathering : Strictly enforced Quiet hours (9 pm - 7 am). No unauthorised visitors. Breach of this will result early termination of stay without refund.

• Children: No safety features for young children. Adult supervision required, especially with the lift. No touch of Art works.

• Shoes: No shoes on the carpet.

• Cleaning: Guests are asked to keep the house reasonably clean and tidy during their stay and before check out.
