Great location, close to Waitemata train station good 10 minute walk there, bit more back up hill. Great we had a sliding door we could keep open during the night as we're not a fan of the air con going at night. Bed was super comfy, but the bathroom was very small. Lucky we aren't big people. Would stay again

Clean spacious accomodation, great for 3 of us. (Premiere 2 bedroom apt). Great location for Spark Arena.
Parking was additional but easy to manage. View was amazing. Comfy beds. Staff were helpful. I would easily go back for a night with a group of friends.
Walkable to all the places we wanted to visit. Great price for the quality of accommodation.

Great view from room . In area of event travelling for. Close to Queen Street.
We enjoyed our stay. The hotel has a good location and is within walking distance to shops and restaurants. The room was a bit cramped however and not as spacious as described and shown on pictures on website.

Washing machine didn't work we reported this and Unfortunately by the time it was fixed we didn't have time to use as had a busy last 2 days with trips booked .
Also kettle was leaking we mentioned this about 3 times and it never got changed so in my view Dangerous.
There was a luggage label on floor by tv which i assume from the guests before us , room cleaning staff obviously not checked properly.
The bed linen and towels were clean .
Room very tired , so all in all disappointed, would not book there again .
Staff members at reception and bar/restaurant very friendly.

We stayed in this hotel for 3 nights without any major issues. Pricewise, this is the best option in this area. It's only 500m to Auckland CBD and takes about 10 minutes to get there. However, you get what you pay. Room condition is average and could be better maintained. Bathroom sink is too small and drains water very slowly. Kitchen amenities and the washing machine with dryer option is a bonus. Bed is comfy. It's worth mentioning that the staff were friendly and tried their best to help out. Breakfast is good. There is dinner option available as well. The only issue is, you should get to the dining area for breakfast as soon as possible, as the the kitchen staff are reluctant to refill the empty dishes. We were not able to get some of the breakfast items refilled even after asking for it, although more than an hour was left for the breakfast finish time. Not sure if the guests coming half an hour before the end time could have anything at all for their breakfast. However, I can still recommend this hotel for bugdet concious travellers.
