Great staff. Friendly, helpful and attentive. The hotel facilities are good but do show some signed of wear and tear. Overall it was an enjoyable stay at a property I’d happily visit again.

I've always liked staying at this hotel its got everything I need and perfect location I've stayed here several times over the years and although the staff have usually been great this time wasn't the case unfortunately at check in the staff member I dealt with insisted a 3rd person would cost me a additional $65 even after I'd told her I'd booked the room for 3 people twice it was only when she had entered the details fully she realized I'd booked for 3 and said there was no charge and the extra bed was already set up for us so am not sure why she tried to keep saying 3 would cost more and she also wanted a bond of $200 even after been given a visa credit card which in the past has always been enough and they would charge bond at the end if there was reason to do so which has never been charged as I always leave the room pretty tidy, this was the first time I've been told I had to pay as well as give credit card I'll probably be looking for a new place to stay in future as my regular place to use which is actually annoying as other than this one experience this hotel has everything I need and the staff are usually very helpful and friendly

We had a great time in the Heritage Hotel, stayed at the deluxe suite which was quite a spacious and homey room. Used amenities such as the pool and spa which was easy to locate. However, there was a miscommunication with the front desk and cleaning staff as they had been informed we had checked out prior to our leaving which was an awkward moment - hope it was just a mistake - otherwise a nice spot and not so far from nearby food runs.

While we enjoyed the pools, several missing amenities impacted our stay. The room (which was a 2 bedroom apartment room with full kitchen) lacked Sky TV, smart TV capabilities, and usage instructions. The kitchen was under-equipped, missing dishwashing cloths, brushes, salt, pepper, oil, platters, and a cheese knife. Additionally, there were no champagne glasses, ice, room service, or robes for the pool. Addressing these kinds of missing details would significantly improve our experience.

The Heritage is a good option for a basic lower cost hotel. The room had sufficient amenities although had a musty smell. The receptionist was friendly and helpful. We didn't use the pool and spa so cant comment on this.

Surprised by the art decor design , the high ceilings and large windows. Amazing harbour view. The pool and sauna on the rooftop jacuzzi were great to have but just wished that I knew beforehand about the hot jacuzzi at night since we spent only one night. A great surprise overall!

Staff were amazing, so kind and helpful. Bathroom in the older rooms that have not been updated yet were mouldy and left a lot to be desired in regard to the cleaning. Rooms needed a really good clean, dust everywhere, particularly on the bed lamps. Rooms need to be better maintained. Lights kept flickering so once I gave the switches a bang a couple of times, they settled down. Room smelt as if someone had smoked a cigar in there.
