New luxury townhome nestled in the highly desirable Moores Mill area of Auburn, Alabama. This 2-story townhouse is the perfect blend of modern design and sophisticated living. With 3 spacious bedrooms and 2 ½ fully supplied baths, the layout provides ample space for relaxation and entertaining. Inside, you'll find 10' ceilings on the main level and 9' ceilings on the second level, creating an open, light and airy feeling in every inch of the 1575 square feet. Featuring 8’ doors and a combination of stunning hardwood and plush carpeted floors throughout, the interior is complemented by contemporary, upscale furnishings, sleek fixtures and modern artwork which adds a sense of grandeur to every room. Downstairs has a foyer, powder room half-bath, dining room, living room with 65” Smart TV, kitchen, small patio area, and a single garage plus outside parking for a total of 4 vehicles. Upstairs, you'll find all 3 bedrooms, 2 full baths and laundry room with new washer and dryer. Free wifi.

Kitchen has custom inset cabinets, high-end stainless LG Signature appliances, white quartz countertops and large central island with 4 soft leather barstools – all perfect for both meal prep and casual gatherings. Fully stocked with dinnerware, flatware, drinkware, stainless cookware, cooking utensils, serving pieces and storage containers, the kitchen also comes with starter pack of coffee pods and creamers, paper towels, dishwashing liquid and dishwasher pods. The upstairs primary/master suite showcases a king bed with lavish bedding, over-sized nightstands with ample USBs for phone chargers, 43” Smart TV, and small desk with HP laser wireless printer. The primary/master bath has large walk-in shower, 2 vanities and large walk-in closet. Bedroom 2 has queen bed, Smart TV, and walk-in closet. Bedroom 3 features full bunkbeds, dresser with 6 large drawers, and large closet. All beds have high thread count sheets, comforters, quilts, and pillows, as well as extra blankets in all closets. Each bathroom contains hotel-quality towels. Starter sets of shampoo, conditioner, soap, and lotion are furnished, along with individual make-up wipe towelettes. Bathroom 2 has combined tile shower and Kohler bathtub. Laundry room has starter packs of laundry pods and dryer sheets.

Graduation weekend perfection!

Six of us stayed in this beautiful home for my daughter’s graduation. Everything about this home is perfect! Beautiful and very convenient location. Warm and welcoming and had everything we needed and so much more. Would definitely stay here again.
