The property was perfect for our family of 5.
It was modern and clean.
We arrived early and when it was time to check in our bags were already in the room.
The staff were friendly.
There was a washing machine in the room which was a bonus.
The accommodation was close to transport.
Would highly recommend.

We stayed here for 11 nights in March 2026. We booked the largest room for just my husband and I, so it was very spacious. The room was great and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay.
The location is excellent, conveniently close to Dotonbori, with numerous restaurants nearby and a 7-11 is just a stone throw away from the hotel.
Every staff member we encountered was incredibly kind and welcoming, consistently greeting us with warmth. I arranged for luggage transfer from Osaka to Kyoto, and the staff had our tags prepared in advance and reassured us that everything would be handled smoothly.
We had a wonderful experience and will definitely return on our next visit to Osaka!
