"Great location and very affordable. A bit small but very charming and welcoming place. The staff is very kind and helpful as well. And Tama the cat is the best! Really enjoyed my stay here and Asahikawa as well as this area of Hokkaido."

We booked a twin bed room for 4 of us (2kids n 2 adults). Very good n comfy. It about u 5 minds to get Aeon Mall for shopping and dinning.
Hotel staff are very helpful n polite. The taste of breakfast is good but choices can be more.
In general, it was a very good experience.

Great stay. Staff were knowledgeable and helpful. Awesome central location great for walking around to eat & get groceries from store. Parking garage was literally a block away. Clean rooms and fantastic amenities. Would definitely stay here again.

I stayed here with my kids, ages 7 and 9. It has a beautiful cafe attached and kind, welcoming messages and staff. The room was stylish, cozy and comfortable. It is a 5 minute walk from the station where we met our guide for a full day flower farm tour. We are staying another night! There are four comfortable beds in our room so we slept very well. We love the Italian restaurants - all the dairy products in Hokkaido (cheese, ice cream, yogurt, milk) and the fruit are delicious.

The room was small, but that was to be expected. It was clean and had all the we needed. The staff was very kind and helpful. The breakfast was surprisingly decent, considering it was free. Overall, great value for the price.

Other than a mix up on the prepaid dinner, which was finally okay, the reservation and stay was nice. They allowed is to change rooms when we found that the king size bed I was looking forward to was in a small room. So changed to twins in a larger room. Really should put that king in the second room.

The view of Asahikawa from the 8th floor was stunning. The room had a high ceiling, which made the space seem even larger than it was. The property itself was very clean and inviting, the staff were very friendly, and it was within walking distance from the Asahikawa train station, a handful of convenience stores (including the excellent Seicomart), and several ramen restaurants that ended up selling out twice during my 3 night stay. Asahikawa is a gorgeous city during the winter, and very...
