アローウッド ホテル

「The staff were incredibly friendly and very helpful during our stay. They really made our experience here a much more enjoyable one. This was our first time staying at a Drury property. We had never heard about them before this so we didn't really know what to expect. We stayed in a King Suite which was a great choice. The room was spacious and clean. 「Over all staff was super nice and helpful not a worry in the world with that. Bed room was a bit dirty, looked like someone spilled something all on the back board but wasnt the end of the world. Breakfast is pretty much same thing every so dont get your hopes up too high on that.」

「It was a nice stay.」

「10/10 we have stayed here multiple times ! Very clean well maintained and staff is super friendly !」

「Clean rooms nice staff」

「スタッフがとても親切でプロフェッショナルでした。古い建物のようで、アメニティも最低限、カーテンも薄いすける物が一枚、女性1人だと若干不安になる雰囲気でしたが、古いながら非常に清潔でした。」

「Comfortable beds and the ac was cold! Water was hot! The take away breakfast was okay. I mostly care about a dark room, comfy bed and hot water consistency. The check in process was fine. When we were checking out there was an angry guest because they wouldn’t let him check in early…. Imagine feeling entitled to check in 4hrs early on the fly and yelling about it… front desk girl stayed calm and I was impressed.」
