Elevator was down but they gave me a free night at the Hyatt for anytime. Staff was nice. The bathroom had a hair I saw on the wall which disgust me but it was nothin to wipe off but still should’ve already been cleaned. Also saw a piece of hair on one of the small towels. My stay was not great overall. The elevator was not working, which made it a hassle having to go up to the third floor several times. On top of that, the key card gave me issues and did not work twice during my stay. The breakfast was good, and there was an ample amount of parking available, which were definite positives. However, due to the inconveniences, I would not stay here again.
