New, clean, good breakfast. no employee speaks with a customer unless spoken to first (they are always on their cell phones). no "good morning" "thank you" how is everything" not even a "hello"
I do not blame the employees; I am sure they are as nice as any other hotel workers; I attribute this behavior to the company (owner) culture! Very poor management.
I like the AVID business model; this should be an easy 4-5 "star" review; unfortunately I can not recommend.
Treat your customer like they are "valued," and you can turn this around quickly ..... but first, get off of the cell phones!
