"I will start with the good of the room and stay and then the absolute nightmare after we left. Our stay was great, we love the location, how clean the hotel is and easy parking. We left our room this morning, I picked up the couple items of trash that we had, put our 2 (i think) aluminum cans and empty water bottles in the recycling part of the trash can, gathered up our used towels and wash cloths and put them in the bath tub. Approximately 8 hours later, I recieved a notification on my credit card that a $250 charge was attempted. I called the hotel and they said it was an excessive cleaning fee, that the room was gross and a mess and that someone used the bathroom in the bathtub. This room was occupied by myself and my husband, we would never leave a room messy, let alone trashed and would never use the bathtub as a toilet. We have made calls in an attempt to get this figured out, I am incredibly furious. No one wants to go double check because they said the room is in such bad shape. I truly hope this was a mistake with housekeeping messing up the room number or that hopefully there are cameras that can see who entered our room after we left. We are currently on a camping trip with family and this has upset me so much that I have spent the last few hours on the phone, upset/crying/trying to get to the bottom of this but they are saying no further investigation can be done until Tuesday."

"Great stay! The front desk staff was super friendly and thorough at check-in. The hotel was clean and well maintained, and our room was a nice size with a microwave and refrigerator. The complimentary happy hour and breakfast were both great perks. Very convenient location for attending sporting events in Cincinnati—we would definitely stay here again!"

"Room was clean, breakfast was good, location was ideal for getting to the ballpark. My only complaint was the amount of outside noise we heard. We were on the 9th floor and from 10 pm until well after midnight we heard so many sirens and firetrucks and ambulances it was ridiculous. Then the fireworks (not the hotel's fault) were LOUD and went on for a long time. I had a terrible night's sleep due to the outside noise that I was surprised we could hear so clearly."

"Moxy just does everything the right way. 12pm check out, and complimentary drink tickets at check in which is a great touch. Staff was friendly and attentive from the cleaning crew to the valet. Rooftop bar and the location couldn’t be better if you’re in town for the reds! A+++"
