The hotel was very clean and maintained very well. The restaurant staff was so nice and helpful. 2 of the front desk people helped somewhat and were friendly. The rest of the staff was not helpful. First the hotel is located quite a distance from all the sight seeing sights so you must take transprotation every single day. we spent a tolatl of $1000 usd on rides and tip because We traveled with our handicap mom who we had such a hard time getting rides for and they saw us struggle trying to find transportation. We did not know the hotel had a shuttle for guest and a few days later we watched them take guest to and from. There were places we wanted to go with in the perimiter of there services and not once did ANYONE tell us we could use the shuttle or offer to schedule a shuttle ride for us.

what an absolutely lovely calm oasis in the middle of Rome. The staff were attentive yet discrete - a unfussy wonderful place to spend our first visit to rome. Rooms were spacious, it was a delight to be able to open the window - yet the aircon was also perfect when needed. If you want somewhere welcoming and comfortable to spend time in a perfect location between the vatican and the colloseum - with a small but well stocked bar and welcoming warm staff, a great fresh contintental breakfast stay here - it's everything and more that you need

This is a beautifully appointed, pristine hotel. The food and wait service was excellent, very friendly and attentive. Also appreciated the creative art work and furnishings. This hotel is in a great location, walkable to everything. Highly recommend!
