Surely not a 4-star hotel!

This was such a great location and walkable to so many of the sites in Florence. The staff were very helpful in arranging transportation and suggestions for places to go. The breakfast was just ok but all in all this is a great location and I wouldn’t hesitate to stay there again.

This magnificent, luxurious hotel is located at the centre of everything. Just a short walk to the Duomo, to various markets, to wonderful little restaurants and so many shops. We truly loved our stay at Bernini Palace. The service was exceptional. The staff at the front desk were always ready to assist with directions, recommendations and reservations. Truly a pleasure. The daily breakfast buffet was just excellent. So much variety and beautifully presented. The rooms were just stunning. The decor and service levels added to the enjoyment of our stay in Florence. Thank you to all the staff at Bernini Palace for making our visit to Florence even more memorable.

The location was great, the room was uneventful, nothing like the pictures and our room windows looked out to a wall. We tried to move rooms but the only room they had was much smaller.

Incredible property and amenities were on point, asked for a wheelchair accessible room and it was very well suited for someone using a manual wheelchair wanting to visit this beautiful city
