This was such a fantastic property with very helpful and accommodating staff. The location is perfect and accessible to all of the local restaurants, convenience, store, and train station.

Struttura curata con una vista sul centro storico della città molto bella. Ottima la camera, pulita e ben curata. Check-in perfetto con tutte le informazioni. Colazione abbondante e buona...con una fantastica luce del mattino del salone. Per sostare ad Arezzo è la struttura ideale.

Great location. Very easy keyless access to property & room. Lovely rooftop deck. Great room with a beautiful 180° view of Arezzo. Convenience store on one side & a police depot on the other side at street level. Bus stop right outside the door. 4 minute walk to the train station, but the area is great, safe, centrally located. Elevator for your luggage opens directly into the accommodation. Refrigerator in common area. On a beautiful circular palazzo with a carousel. Easy walking distance to all the main sites.

Stayed in the top floor room with the terrace and seating area. Definitely a great decision. Arrezo was the starting point of our Tuscany tour and glad we spent an extra night and day. Great room super convenient to town and the train station.

Zentral gelegen, wundervolle Aussicht

Der Aufenthalt war super, Gastgeber sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Aussicht vom Zimmer mit Dachterasse ist wundervoll und die Lage ist ideal, max. 5 min vom Bahnhof und direkt beim historischen Zentrum von Arezzo.

Très haut 1er étage sans ascenseur ! (Pas signalé)Cage d'escalier sinistre, propreté Douteuse La Chambre : équipements et déco minimalistes aurait besoin d'un grand rafraîchissement, on n'a pas envie de faire de la balnéo dans un tel décor, insonorisation inexistante, par moments on se croirait dans la rue. On n'a jamais vu personne, il y a la wifi mais pas de connection internet, au 4 ème étage belle vue mais la déco est comme la chambre....de plus il faut réserver le petit déj avant 18h30... ça ne donne pas envie...j'ai pris des photos si besoin est....la belle présentation sur votre site est vraiment trompeuse, le photographe qui a pris ces photos est très fort....pas la moindre petite bougie, une seule lampe de chevet, pas de gobelet même en carton pour se rincer les dents, la douche plus qu'exigüe...nous sommes vraiment très mécontents

We stayed in the terrace room! Terrific view and peacefulness. The tub is an excellent addition if you want a relaxing or romantic evening. Only con: The elevator will not go all the way up to the terrace. So if you are carrying heavy luggage, this may be an inconvenience! Other than that, the train station is only a 5 minute walk away. Great location to the city center and restaurants!

We paid for the Panorama View and received the Panorama View, this in its entirety was unique. Upon entering the room, the tv over head was poorly fastened to its mount and was difficult to straighten. The 2 chairs in the room were pretty to look at, but were not comfortable to sit in. The table was equally pretty to look at, but was difficult putting anything on top of it, as many things fell through the table as there was no glass surface to provide any sort of stability for anything. You would think there should be some level of functionality with the only two chairs and table in the room. This should be considered by the Property. - The tub was clean. But upon filling it and turning on the jets, there was a very stinky smell coming from the water and dirty foam accumulated in the water. We couldnt seem to rid the smell. The washroom seemed newly renovated and was very clean, but the toilet paper holder was not standing upright, it was loose and simply required someone to tighten the bolt at the bottom of the stand, which I did myself, but for a 5 star claimed hotel, this is a very small thing that was overlooked. We loved our private terrace, but with only two lounge chairs we hoped there would be some provided comfort to lay on top of these, but there was not, they were pretty uncomfortable to sit/ lay on. This needs to be re-evaluated. Lastly and surprisingly we did have an ant problem. Outside right beside the door to patio, seemed to be the nest of tiny red ants.

駅にも旧市街にも近くて、とてもいい立地。屋上からの眺望がとてもよくて、夕暮れを椅子に座って眺めていました。朝食は手作りのケーキなんかもあってとても良かったです。エレベーターがとても狭いので大きなバックパックでは入れないかもしれません。チェッックインの時はエレベーターが使えないので荷物を持って階段で上がるのはちょっとつらい。お部屋は広くて清潔でモダンなインテリアでした。

駅から近い、モダンな室内。立地も良く、屋上からの絶景が楽しめるお勧めのB&B。英語も良く通じます。

部屋は広く、清潔で、朝食も悪くなかったです。駅からも徒歩5分。近くにスーパーマーケットConadが有り、便利でした。数少ない問題点は、エレベーターが小さく、荷物を一度に上げられなかったこと。WiFi電波が弱いこと。夜になると、アパート入り口横のコンビニ店前に酔っぱらいが集まることでした。屋上からのパノラマは素晴らしかったです。また泊まりたいB&Bでした。

見晴らしの良い屋上と綺麗で広いお部屋

駅から近くて便利だし屋上からの景色が大変美しくてよかったです。部屋も広くて綺麗で過ごし易かったです。ただタオルがちょっと古い感じでしたのと キッチンが火が使えないのが残念でした。

molto particolare, praticamente all'arrivo fai tutto da solo in quanto non c'è personale ad aspettarti, ma è tutto molto ben organizzato, dalle preziose indicazioni ricevute tramite telefono al check in self service. Inoltre stanza molto accogliente e curata con delle bellissime vetrate che davano sulla città.
