「La atención fue buena, cortez y atenta. Mantuvieron la limpieza diaria del dormitorio. Cuando hubieron horarios que cumplirse, siempre estuvieron atentos para apoyarnos. Hay algunas cosas por mejorar.」

「DECEPCIONANTE!! Después de tener la confirmación de la reserva, cuando llegamos a la dirección el hotel NO EXISTÍA, a consecuencia de esta decepción hicimos otra reserva, después de recibir la confirmación de la reserva, al llegar a la nueva dirección, sorpresa!!… TAMPOCO EXISTE!! Después de este NEFASTO SERVICIO y de los desplazamientos en taxi y con la noche encima, tuvimos q buscar a pie un hostal q nos costó carísimo!! NO LE DESEO HOTELS.COM NI A MI PEOR ENEMIGO!! 」

「La utilicé como de paso entre paracas y Arequipa me sorprendió lo limpia y cómoda de las habitaciones considerando el precio de esta excelente parqueo para los vehiculos」

"アルマス広場近くというロケーションが良く、何よりもとてもセンスの良い素敵なホテルでした。 welcome drinkは4階のオープンテラスで楽しめ、朝食も美味しかったです。お部屋はとても広くて、部屋にバルコニー、ドライヤー、湯沸かしポットとお茶類があります。 Wifiも途切れることなく、問題なくつながりました。スタッフの方々も親切でした。今まで泊まったホテルが星5つなら、ここには星10あげたいくらいです。このホテルに泊まるために、またアレキパに来たいと思いました。 "
