"Hotels.com didn’t even send them anything that we had booked our room, luckily it was available. This is a hostel but says it’s a hotel. It needs updated and is in a bad part of town. The family was nice and accommodating. "

"This is near Plaza de Armas, which is a beautiful spot. But there have been protesters in the streets for the last two years and are very loud with megaphones. And there is a bar next to this property, which is exceedingly loud other than two in the morning till five in the morning. The shower just had a pipe sticking out of the wall. I tried to stay there and just couldn't. Way too loud that I couldn't think or sleep. "
